Ciprian comes to the field of business and training consultancy after an extensive experience acquired originally in the hi-tech industrial environment as an Expert Engineer on the platform of the Cernavoda Nuclear Power Station, and further widened and diversified within Philip Morris where he held several managing positions both in Romania as well as abroad.
Ciprian was part of Philip Morris from the moment the company first entered the Romanian market, contributing to the creation, development and strengthening of the distribution and merchandising system and the implementation of the market strategies, by means of the nature of the projects in which he was involved as well as by means of the management positions held over a period of 13 year’s experience.: Key Accounts Manager, Trade Marketing Manager, National Sales Manager. For a period of over 2 years, Ciprian was elected to be part of the Philip Morris International where he held the position of Area Manager and coordinated the activities of the local organizations in Bosnia & Herzegovina, Macedonia, Albania and Kosovo .
In parallel with this activity, Ciprian carries out training activities for the management people within Philip Morris International, specializing in fields such as Strategic Clients, Distribution Models, Status Analysis and Decision-Making Process, Strategic Thinking etc.
